Tato podm\u00ednka nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e se tk\u00e1\u0148 prostaty zvy\u0161uje a tla\u010d\u00ed na mo\u010dovou trubici, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit pot\u00ed\u017ee s mo\u010den\u00edm. I kdy\u017e zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed prostaty nen\u00ed rakovina, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnit kvalitu \u017eivota, proto\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch symptom\u016f a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm komplikac\u00edm, pokud nen\u00ed v\u010das diagnostikov\u00e1no a l\u00e9\u010deno.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f pro obavy je, \u017ee zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00e1 prostata se \u010dasto vyv\u00edj\u00ed pomalu a jeho p\u0159\u00edznaky mohou b\u00fdt ignorov\u00e1ny. Mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed \u010dast\u00e9 mo\u010den\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v noci (nykturie), pot\u0159eba mo\u010dit nal\u00e9hav\u011b, slab\u00fd nebo p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fd tok mo\u010di, a pocit ne\u00fapln\u00e9ho vypr\u00e1zdn\u011bn\u00ed mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e. Pokud se tyto symptomy objev\u00ed, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nezanedb\u00e1vat n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu l\u00e9ka\u0159e, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee prov\u00e9st pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed a doporu\u010dit vhodnou l\u00e9\u010dbu.<\/p>\n<p>BPH je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, ale neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apollohospitals.com\/cs\/health-library\/mens-mental-health-awareness-month\" title=\"M\u011bs\u00edc pov\u011bdom\u00ed o du\u0161evn\u00edm ... ...\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mu\u017ei m\u011bli pasivn\u011b strp\u011bt nepohodl\u00ed nebo se b\u00e1t vyhledat odbornou pomoc<\/a>. V\u010dasn\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f a spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it \u017eivotn\u00ed komfort a p\u0159edej\u00edt v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm komplikac\u00edm. Jedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch projev\u016f je <strong>\u010dast\u00e9 mo\u010den\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nejen b\u011bhem dne, ale zejm\u00e9na v noci (tzv. nykturie). Vznik\u00e1 nepohodl\u00ed, kdy\u017e se mus\u00edte budit n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t za noc, abyste nav\u0161t\u00edvili toaletu, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek \u00fanavu a zhor\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9 pohody. <\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed zn\u00e1mkou, kter\u00e9 byste m\u011bli v\u011bnovat pozornost, je <strong>nal\u00e9havost mo\u010den\u00ed<\/strong>, kdy nast\u00e1v\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee mus\u00edte okam\u017eit\u011b mo\u010dit, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a dokonce trapn\u00e9. Projevuje se tak\u00e9 <strong>slab\u00fdm nebo p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fdm tokem mo\u010di<\/strong>, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt frustruj\u00edc\u00ed, nebo\u0165 zvy\u0161uje dobu, kterou str\u00e1v\u00edte na toalet\u011b. Mnoz\u00ed mu\u017ei tak\u00e9 za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pocit <strong>ne\u00fapln\u00e9ho vypr\u00e1zdn\u011bn\u00ed mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e<\/strong>, i kdy\u017e se mohli sna\u017eit mo\u010dit. Tato frustrace m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k psychick\u00e9mu stresu a obav\u00e1m o zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_rozpoznat_dalsi_priznaky\"><\/span>Jak rozpoznat dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je dobr\u00e9 b\u00fdt si v\u011bdom i dal\u0161\u00edch symptom\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou signalizovat probl\u00e9my s prostatou.
